TAB Performance Harley-Davidson 2.5″ Baffle (122-2503)
This is a replacement exhaust baffle manufactured by TAB Performance for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
Product: TAB Performance 4.5″ 2.5″ Louvered Core Baffle.
Function: It is a medium-volume baffle designed to balance sound volume and performance in compatible mufflers. It is considered the “middle” sound option compared to the quieter 1.75″ core and the loudest “Zombie” baffles.
Compatibility Note: It is designed to work only with TAB Performance mufflers, not stock or other aftermarket brands.
Compatible Motorcycles & Mufflers
Motorcycles:
Years: 2017 to present (2025+) model year Harley-Davidson Touring bikes.
Models: This includes models like the Electra Glide, Street Glide, Road King, and Ultra series (FLH/FLHT/FLHR/FLTR, etc.).
Exclusion: It is not designed to fit 2017 and newer Harley-Davidson Trike models (Tri Glide or Freewheeler), which use the earlier 1995-2016 style exhaust components.
Mufflers:
This baffle is designed exclusively for use with TAB Performance mufflers, not stock or other aftermarket brands.
It fits the 4.5-inch diameter TAB Performance slip-on mufflers, such as the B.A.M. Sticks and 50 Cal series.
It is the “middle” sound option compared to the quieter 1.75″ core (part 122-1753) and the loudest “Zombie” baffles (part 122-0225) for these specific mufflers.
